This study is testing whether a special online support program can help people recover after surviving a cardiac arrest. It will involve 120 survivors in Sweden who will either use the web program along with their usual care or receive usual care alone. The goal is to see if the program improves their overall wellbeing, quality of life, sleep, and reduces problems like anxiety, depression, and fatigue.
