Can an online program get anxious teens to ask for help?

Summary
This study is testing a web-based program called TOUCHminds, designed to encourage teenagers with anxiety to seek professional help. It involves 96 teens, some with diagnosed anxiety and some with high anxiety symptoms, who will use online modules and have video sessions with a psychologist. The goal is to see if the program increases their willingness and actions to get help.
