Online Mind-Body therapy tested for dual struggle of pain and addiction

Summary
This study is testing if a web-based mind-body program is practical and acceptable for adults with chronic, non-injury arm pain and risky substance use. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to try either the full program or basic online education for about five weeks. The main goal is to see if people can use the program easily and find it helpful before planning a larger future study.
