Summary
This study tested a web-based support program for people caring for someone with heart failure. The program aimed to help caregivers feel more prepared and supported in their role. 202 caregivers participated, with some receiving the online program and others getting standard care. Results showed the program improved caregivers' preparedness and confidence.
