NCT ID NCT06705660

Summary

This study tested whether two types of online training could help women manage the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Researchers compared a web-based lifestyle education program and a progressive muscle relaxation training program against a control group that received no training. The goal was to see if these accessible, online methods could reduce PMS symptoms and improve participants' quality of life and daily activities.
