Summary
This study tested a new web-based dance movement therapy program for women with breast cancer starting chemotherapy. The goal was to see if it could help them better understand their emotions (alexithymia) and reduce feelings of frailty. Sixty-seven women participated, with some doing the online dance program and others receiving standard care. The study measured changes in emotional awareness and physical weakness using questionnaires.
