Fitbit study aims to improve recovery after breast reconstruction

Summary
This study will give 50 women a Fitbit to wear before and after DIEP flap breast reconstruction surgery. The device tracks steps, heart rate, and sleep, and participants will answer short questionnaires about their recovery. The goal is to learn how patients recover so doctors can better counsel future patients and design better recovery programs.
