Your smart ring could warn you about diabetes risk
NCT ID NCT07373418
Summary
This study aims to find out if data from wearable devices like smart rings and watches can identify people with prediabetes. Researchers will observe 200 adults over 45 for about a month, tracking their activity, sleep, meals, and blood sugar levels. The goal is to discover digital patterns that could serve as early warning signs for diabetes risk, potentially leading to simpler future screening methods.
