Your phone could be your coach: Real-Time health data motivates cancer survivors to move

NCT ID NCT05490641

Summary

This study tested if showing cancer survivors real-time data about how exercise affects their body could motivate them to be more active. Researchers gave 60 cancer survivors at risk for diabetes wearable sensors that tracked their glucose levels and activity. One group saw how their activity immediately impacted their glucose, while a control group received standard health information, to see which approach worked better.
