First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tested a wearable heart monitoring patch in 54 adults recently hospitalized for sudden, severe heart failure. Participants wore the patch at home for up to a week after discharge and again 6-8 weeks later. The goal was to see if the patch could reliably measure heart health and help design better tools for future heart failure drug research.
