Summary

This study tests a new system that uses wearable devices and a smartphone app to help people with non-small cell lung cancer recover after chest surgery. About 126 participants will either get standard care or use the wearable system, which tracks their activity and guides home exercises. The goal is to see if this approach improves lung function and overall recovery compared to usual care.
