Summary
This study aims to check how accurately wrist-worn fitness trackers measure exercise intensity. Researchers will compare data from several popular wearable devices against precise laboratory equipment while healthy participants perform everyday activities and exercises. The goal is to improve how these devices track physical activity to better understand its impact on health.
