First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at patients with acute brain injury who need a breathing machine. Doctors want to find better ways to predict when these patients can safely breathe on their own. The goal is to create a tool that helps decide the right time to remove the breathing tube, reducing complications. About 406 adults will take part.
