Summary
This study is comparing whether eating fresh watermelon or low-fat cookies has better effects on wellness. Researchers will measure changes in sexual health, skin hydration, gut bacteria, and mood in 80 generally healthy but overweight adults. The goal is to see if watermelon consumption provides specific health benefits compared to a common snack food.
