Summary
This study looks at whether eating fresh watermelon can help people feel fuller, manage weight, and improve heart health. Researchers will measure hunger levels and other health markers in 40 adults aged 18-55 with a BMI between 25 and 40. Participants must not smoke, be pregnant, or have allergies to watermelon or gluten.
