Could watermelon curb your cravings? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT04096586
Summary
This study is looking at whether eating watermelon (including the blended rind) helps people feel fuller longer, affects blood sugar and insulin levels, and influences digestive health and weight. Researchers will compare watermelon to a red-colored juice drink in 80 generally healthy children and adults. The goal is to gather information about how this common fruit might impact appetite and the gut.
