Can water exercises ease your back pain better than land therapy?
NCT ID NCT07196826
Summary
This study compares three different physical therapy approaches for people with long-term low back pain. Participants will try either active water exercises, gentle assisted movements in water, or standard land-based exercises over 4-week periods. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, flexibility, and ability to perform daily activities to see which approach works best.
