Can water workouts heal your knee faster?
NCT ID NCT05929118
Summary
This study tested whether rehabilitation exercises performed in a pool are more effective than traditional land-based exercises for people recovering from ACL knee surgery. Researchers compared two small groups of patients doing either water or land therapy for 2-3 weeks. They measured walking patterns, knee function, and muscle strength to see which approach helped patients recover better.
