Could a glass of water before meals be the key to weight loss?

NCT ID NCT05843318

Summary

This study is testing whether the timing of water drinking affects weight loss in adults aged 50 and older who are overweight. Researchers will compare drinking a large glass of water before each main meal to drinking the same total amount spread throughout the day, with both groups following a reduced-calorie diet. The goal is to see if pre-meal water helps people feel fuller, eat less, and lose more weight.
