Summary
This study aims to understand if regularly drinking more plain water can change how thirsty healthy young adults feel. Researchers will test if increasing water intake for 4 weeks can 'reset' thirst signals that might be suppressed by typical diets. The study will measure changes in thirst ratings, brain activity, and body chemistry in 120 participants in Salzburg, Austria.
