Splash your way to a sharper mind: study tests water workouts with brain teasers
NCT ID NCT07156708
Summary
This study is testing if adding simple mental tasks to a water aerobics program can boost memory and thinking skills in older women more than water exercise alone. Researchers will compare three groups: one doing water aerobics with brain games, one doing regular water aerobics, and a group that does neither. The goal is to see if this combined approach offers extra benefits for brain health and physical fitness over a 12-week program.
