NCT ID NCT07264114

Summary

This study is testing whether a special 8-week exercise program done in a pool can help people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers want to see if high-intensity water workouts improve balance, physical function, and muscle strength compared to standard care. The program involves supervised sessions three times per week and is designed to be safer for people with balance issues.
