Splash fit: can water burpees help women regain strength after surgery?

NCT ID NCT07052279

Summary

This study is testing whether a specific water exercise program can help improve strength, balance, and lung function in postmenopausal women who have had their thyroid removed. Researchers will have 40 participants perform water-based burpee exercises to see if this low-impact workout reduces the risk of falls and improves physical fitness. The goal is to find a safe exercise method to help this group stay active and independent.
