Summary
This study is for 80 adults with blood cancers like MDS or AML who are starting treatment. Researchers will give them a smartwatch to track activity and ask them to fill out surveys about how they feel. The goal is to see how low blood counts affect quality of life and find better ways to use blood transfusions to help patients feel better during treatment.
