Watch and wait or worry and wait? new study probes hidden toll of lymphoma monitoring
NCT ID NCT07173790
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at how the 'watch and wait' approach affects the quality of life of 250 Korean adults with slow-growing lymphomas like CLL or follicular lymphoma. Researchers want to find out if waiting without treatment causes anxiety or worry. Participants will fill out questionnaires about their well-being. The goal is to understand the emotional impact of monitoring rather than treating the cancer right away.
