Summary
This study aims to find out which type of warm-up is better for preventing injuries and improving performance in people who go to the gym regularly. Researchers will compare a new, more active 'neuromuscular' warm-up with a traditional warm-up over six weeks. The goal is to see which routine leads to better balance and leg strength in 46 healthy adult participants.
