Summary
This study aimed to find out which type of warm-up works best for young soccer goalkeepers. Researchers tested four different 15-minute warm-up routines on 15 teenage male goalies to see how each affected their flexibility, jumping power, and balance. The goal was to gather information to help coaches and athletes choose the most effective preparation method before games or training.
