Better Warm-Up could mean fewer gym injuries
NCT ID NCT07340021
Summary
This study aims to find out which type of warm-up is better for people who work out at the gym. Researchers will compare a new, more active warm-up focused on balance and coordination to a traditional one of light jogging and stretching. The goal is to see which method improves strength and stability more, potentially helping to prevent injuries during exercise.
