Can simple wall squats lower your blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT06515054
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a simple wall squat exercise program could help lower blood pressure in Chinese adults with hypertension who don't exercise regularly. Fifty participants were randomly assigned to either do wall squats or stretching exercises for 24 weeks. Researchers measured blood pressure changes and other heart health markers to see if this easy exercise could be a helpful addition to blood pressure management.
