Summary
This study tested a structured behavioral program designed to help older adults walk more and improve their sense of well-being. It involved 350 adults aged 65 and older in China. The program taught participants specific self-management strategies to help them set goals, optimize their efforts, and adapt their routines to increase walking activity.
