Summary

This study tests whether adding rhythmic music to treadmill walking with thinking tasks helps people who had a stroke walk better in their community. About 90 adults who had a stroke at least 6 months ago will be assigned to one of three training groups. The goal is to see if the combined approach improves walking speed, balance, and social participation.
