NCT ID NCT07228897

Summary

This study is testing if a walking program that combines outdoor walks with indoor treadmill use, guided by a mobile app, can help women with fibromyalgia. The goal is to see if this approach improves their physical fitness, reduces pain-related fear of movement, and enhances their overall quality of life. Researchers will measure walking ability, fatigue, pain impact, and mood in about 54 participants.
