Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called istradefylline can boost the benefits of a special low-oxygen breathing therapy for improving walking. The goal is to help people with chronic, incomplete spinal cord injuries walk faster and farther. Participants will take the drug or a placebo for four weeks while also doing walking practice sessions.
