Summary
This study tested a 6-week rehabilitation program for people with lumbar spinal stenosis, a condition that causes leg pain when walking. The program combined education about the condition with specific exercises. 51 participants were split into two groups: one got education plus exercises, the other got education only. The main goal was to see if the exercise group could walk farther after the program.
