Summary
This study tests whether a program called 50K4Life helps school employees walk more. About 406 staff from 30 schools in El Paso will join a walking challenge, with some also getting text reminders or extra coaching and school changes like floor markers. The goal is to see if more people reach 50,000 steps per week and improve their fitness over 18 months.
