Can a daily walk beat thyroid fatigue? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07205042
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple, 12-week walking program can help women with hypothyroidism who are already on stable medication. Researchers want to see if regular walking improves energy levels, metabolism, and reduces stress and fatigue. The trial will compare 120 women who follow the walking plan to those who continue their usual daily activities.
