Mindful steps: can walking meditation boost brain health in MS?
NCT ID NCT07285954
Summary
This study is testing an 8-week program called iWalk that combines walking meditation with education and group sessions. It aims to see if the program is practical and acceptable for adults with conditions like multiple sclerosis (MS), and if it can help improve their mental resilience, stress, and quality of life. Participants will be randomly assigned to either try the iWalk program immediately or join a waitlist group.
