Summary
This study looked at whether a specific type of muscle training (eccentric exercise) can improve walking ability in people with knee osteoarthritis. 40 adults aged 40-85 with knee arthritis took part. The main goal was to see if this exercise program helps them walk farther in a 6-minute test.
