This study tests whether personalized text messages can help 100 caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease develop a habit of walking at least 250 steps each hour. The goal is to see if at least half of the participants can build this healthy habit over 12 weeks. The approach aims to improve caregivers' well-being by reducing sedentary behavior.
