Can a simple walking plan ease the mental and physical burden of COPD?
NCT ID NCT07185659
Summary
This study is testing if a structured walking and light resistance exercise program can help people with COPD feel better. Over three months, one group will follow an exercise plan that gradually increases in time, while another group just tracks their activity. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, depression, shortness of breath, and sleep quality to see if the exercise program makes a difference.
