First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a structured walking and resistance band exercise program can help people with COPD feel less anxious and depressed, breathe easier, and sleep better. About 68 adults with COPD will either do the exercise program plus standard care or just standard care for three months. Researchers will track mood, breathing, sleep quality, and daily steps using a smart bracelet.
