Your Phone's step count could predict your surgery recovery
NCT ID NCT06023069
Summary
This study aims to see if people who are more physically active before surgery have fewer complications and recover better. Researchers will observe 264 adults having non-emergency surgery, using step count data from their mobile phones to measure activity. The goal is to learn if this simple, everyday data can help predict who might have a harder time after an operation.
