Summary

This study looks at how brief periods of walking affect pain in older adults who have muscle or joint pain. Researchers will measure pain responses during simple tasks like standing up from a chair. The goal is to better understand how the body adapts to pain with movement. 40 participants will be observed, but no treatment or cure is being tested.
