Can a simple walk after meals help control diabetes during pregnancy?

NCT ID NCT07250698

Summary

This study aims to see if taking a 20-minute walk after each meal helps pregnant women with Type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar levels better. Researchers will compare two groups of about 40 participants: one group that walks after meals and one that does not. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to improve health for both mother and baby during pregnancy.
