NCT ID NCT07368907

Summary

This study is testing a community walking program called Walk On! to see if it helps prevent falls in older adults who have trouble moving around or feel socially isolated. Participants will join group walking sessions twice a week for 12 weeks. Researchers want to learn if the program reduces falls and how communities can best offer it long-term.
