Summary
This study tests a program called Walk On! to see if it helps older adults prevent falls. Researchers want to know if joining group walking sessions twice a week for 12 weeks can reduce falls and improve confidence. The study involves 192 older adults who have trouble moving or feel lonely. Participants will walk together with a trained leader and take simple tests before and after the program.
