Summary
This study will test whether a virtual reality exercise program (PABLO) is better than standard physiotherapy (Otago) at improving balance and reducing falls in adults aged 45 and older who have fallen before or have balance issues. About 80 participants will do 12 weeks of supervised sessions, twice a week. Researchers will measure frailty, mobility, and quality of life to see which approach works best.
