Virtual reality takes on Parkinson's: can High-Tech games beat traditional therapy?

Summary
This study is testing whether physical therapy using virtual reality games and exercises works as well as or better than standard physical therapy for people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will randomly assign 62 participants to receive either the VR-based therapy or conventional therapy for eight weeks. The goal is to see which approach better improves balance, walking ability, and daily function for people living with Parkinson's.
