Scientists use High-Tech headgear to see how exercise changes the MS brain
NCT ID NCT06721416
Summary
This small study aimed to understand how different types of exercise immediately affect the brain and body in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers compared standard exercises, traditional aerobic exercise, and aerobic exercise using virtual reality (VR) headsets in 12 participants. They used special sensors and brain imaging headgear to measure energy use, brain activity, body temperature, and fatigue levels during and after each session.
