Summary

This study tests whether adding virtual reality therapy or guided relaxation sessions to standard rehab helps older adults recover better after hip or knee replacement surgery. Researchers are comparing these two approaches in 90 patients to see which one more effectively reduces stress and anxiety while improving mobility and function.
